How We Work The Lab Thinking Proof About

Two ways in. Neither involves a 47-slide deck about our methodology.

If you're ready, let's talk. If you're not sure yet, that's what the assessment is for. No sales pressure either way. We'd rather work with clients who chose us than clients we convinced.

Path A — Ready to talk

Start a conversation.

Tell us the problem. We'll start working on it during the call. No NDAs required upfront. No procurement hoops. Just a conversation where software starts taking shape.

Path B — Still evaluating

See where you stand first.

Ten questions. Five minutes. An honest assessment of your AI readiness — not a lead-gen form disguised as a diagnostic. If you score well, you might not need us at all.

Take the assessment

Tell us what you're working on.

We don't need a brief. Just the honest version — what's broken, what's slow, what's changing in your market. We'll take it from there.

What happens after you reach out.

1
We read it. Actually read it.
Not an SDR. Not a bot. The person who'll work on your project reads your message and responds within 24 hours.
2
We talk. Software starts forming.
A 30-minute conversation. While we listen, our AI systems begin assembling a prototype. You'll see something real before the call ends.
3
You decide. No pressure.
If the prototype excites you, we keep building. If it doesn't, you've lost 30 minutes and gained clarity. Either outcome is useful.

Things people ask before they reach out.

How much does this cost?
Here's how our model changes the cost conversation. In the old model, you'd negotiate a price for a promise, commit the budget, and hope the result matched the proposal. With us, you'll have working software before procurement even begins. You're not pricing a promise — you're pricing something your team has already tested. That changes the entire dynamic. We'll give you a clear number after the first conversation, and by then you'll have already seen what you're getting.
We need to comply with the Data Protection Act. Can you help?
Yes — and we'll go further than compliance. Every company has to map its data for the DPA. We help you understand what that data actually tells you about your business, your customers, and your risks. Compliance is the starting point, not the destination. We've built tools and methodologies specifically for Sri Lanka's regulatory landscape — not adapted from a Western template.
We've already tried AI and it didn't work. Why would this be different?
You're not alone — McKinsey's 2025 survey found that 63% of companies remain stuck in pilot mode, and 51% experienced negative AI incidents in the past year. The 6% that succeed do something different: they redesign workflows around AI instead of bolting it onto existing processes. That's where we start — by understanding what your business actually needs to discover, not just what it needs to automate. Different starting point, different results.
We're a small company. Is this for us?
Small companies in Sri Lanka are operating in one of the most dynamic discovery environments on earth. AI creates a disproportionate advantage for smaller organisations because you can move faster, decide quicker, and implement without the bureaucracy that slows large enterprises. Some of our most impactful work has been with companies your size.
How do you handle data security?
Thirty years. Zero breaches. We've managed $500K+ of AWS infrastructure for financial institutions where a security incident would end careers. We design security architecture first and features second. If your compliance team wants to audit us, we welcome it.
What if we need to switch away from you later?
Good. You should be able to. We build on standard tools, standard architectures, and standard languages. No proprietary frameworks. No lock-in. If you fire us tomorrow, your next team picks up exactly where we left off. The ability to walk away is a feature, not a risk.

Not ready to talk yet? That's fine.

Take the AI Readiness Assessment instead. Five minutes. Ten questions. An honest score that tells you where you actually stand — not where you think you stand.
